Nature of the Website

This website is a private informational resource. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, mugshots, court files, or NMCD records, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, accept filings, or change a government record.

The pages point visitors toward Guadalupe County arrest-record contacts, the New Mexico Courts record-request process, NMCD Offender Search, federal and ICE locators, and third-party research tools. New Mexico public-record requests may be governed by the Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 14-2-1, with protected identifiers and exempt information handled under laws such as NMSA 14-2-1.1 and NMSA 14-2-9.

Acceptable Use
